Free Shipping on Every Order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the continental United States. No minimum order required.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, for a total estimated time of 6–9 business days from payment to delivery.

We ship from our warehouse in California via USPS or UPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Weather events, holidays, and carrier delays may extend transit time. We are not responsible for delays outside our control once a package has been handed to the carrier.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and contact your local post office first, then email us at accounts@thedayou.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll ship a replacement at no charge.

Incorrect shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally at this time.
